How MetPadfield works

MetPadfield is a first-person 3D launchpad on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve (DBC) on Solana. Every token is a rocket standing on a pad. Buying fills its tank, and when the tank is full the rocket lifts off and its trading moves to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool.

The field

  • Rocket: one token on its own bonding curve pool.
  • Tank (propellant): the bonding curve progress. Buys fill it and sells drain it, live, from the chain.
  • Fuel fields: the most active rockets stand here. Pads change hands with a roll-out when activity shifts.
  • T-minus row: rockets whose tank is past 60% move up front.
  • Liftoff: when the curve completes and the pool migrates to DAMM v2, the rocket lifts off and joins the orbit ring.
  • Board: the same live data as a list, at /board. It also works on browsers without 3D.

How to use

  1. Connect a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare and others) with the button at the top right.
  2. Press Enter the spaceport. On a computer walk with WASD, look with the mouse and run with Shift; Esc frees the mouse. On a phone the left thumb moves and the right thumb looks.
  3. Aim at a rocket and press E (or tap the orange button) to open its terminal: price chart, recent trades, buy and sell. Every trade shows the quote, slippage and fee before your wallet signs it.
  4. The Hangar Directory kiosk finds any token by ticker, name or mint and rolls it onto a pad with you in front of it.
  5. ‹ Home at the top left takes you back to the landing screen.

Launch a token

Walk to the Launch Control kiosk and press E.

  1. Set a name, ticker and description, and add an image (or keep the generated MetPadfield rocket) and your links.
  2. Pick a launch template. It fixes the curve, the trading fee and your creator share; the console shows them before you sign.
  3. Add an optional dev buy, review, and sign with your wallet.
  4. Once the indexer sees the new pool, your rocket rolls onto a free pad and you are placed in front of it.

A launch creates the token and its pool on-chain and cannot be undone. Network fees and account rent are paid by your wallet.

Creator fees

Trades on your token pay a trading fee, and your share as the creator follows the launch template. Open My rockets (top right, with your wallet connected) to see unclaimed fees and claim them per rocket or all at once. After liftoff, My rockets also shows the surplus and migration fee you can withdraw.

$METPAD

$METPAD is the first rocket launched on MetPadfield, by the team wallet. Its contract address is shared only on the official MetPadfield X account and on this website, at /metpad. Any other address is fake.

Safety

  • MetPadfield never holds your funds or keys. Your wallet signs every transaction, and on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.
  • Anyone can launch a token. A rocket on a pad is not an endorsement. Check the creator, the contract address and the token page before you buy.
  • Never share your seed phrase. MetPadfield will never ask for it.
  • Read the Terms of use before trading or launching.
